Proposed Minor Use Permit for cannabis cultivation including three one-acre outdoor cultivation sites, and one 2,200 sq ft greenhouse; 630 El Pomar Drive, Templeton.
     Status:  At May 17 TAAG meeting, considered; recommendations issued (5-0).

     County Planner Michael Conger presented changes to Title 22 and other land use codes for SLO County; no action taken by TAAG.

Proposed Minor Use Permit for a vacation rental located at 5415 Fairhills Road, in the Adelaida planning area.

     Application withdrawn by applicant.


SUB2017-00036-TR3108 Woodruff
Proposed Tract Map / Conditional Use Permit: A phased project to include 1. Construction of two triplex townhome structures, and 2. A subsequent tract map to create an eight-lot planned unit development including six residential lots, one open space lot, and one commercial retail lot; 81 Old County Road, Templeton.  (Board member and project proponent Woodruff recused himself during consideration of and voting on application.)
